User Needs Driven Product Design
- Your product must solve a problem for the user
- If your product is not useful it will not succeed
- Observe how users go about solving this problem in other contexts
- Design for natural behavior but give them better tools
Methodology

- Investigate current state and user behavior to have a clear picture of before
- Competitive Analysis – steal the best but even seeing someone do it badly is helpful
- Take all inputs – you don’t need to apply all the feedback but listening to inputs from across the company will ensure you’ve considered as much as possible
